1. Hygiene Restrictions

Due to strict health and safety protocols, we cannot accept returns on E-Liquids, opened coils, or drip tips under any circumstances, even if they remain unused. Hardware can only be returned if the manufacturer seal is intact.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For unused hardware in its original, sealed packaging, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items.

3. Faulty Hardware

If your device arrives faulty or develops a manufacturer fault within 30 days, please contact vynxvape@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon testing the returned unit.

4. How to Return

To initiate a return, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send items back without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, as they will be rejected.
